Yes! We only use Tough Cases (dual-layered with a shock-absorbing TPU liner and a hard polycarbonate shell). So while your case may look delicate, it’s built to handle everyday drops, bumps, and oops-moments.
We offer cases for a wide range of iPhone models. You’ll be able to select your phone model from the dropdown when ordering. Not sure if yours is listed? Just ask—we may be able to add it.
Orders are made on demand and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location but average 5–10 business days. During holidays (like Mother’s Day), things can get busier—so order early!
Since each case is made just for you, we currently don’t offer returns for change of mind. But if there’s an issue (wrong size, damaged item, etc.), we’ll fix it—just reach out within 7 days of delivery.
