Aesthe is a print-on-demand business that sells custom phone cases and other items using third-party suppliers, such as Printify. All products are made to order and fulfilled upon purchase.
2. Orders
All orders are final once placed. Please double-check your shipping information, product selection, and design before confirming your purchase. Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
3. Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:

You receive the wrong item.

The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you believe your order meets these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Approved issues will be reprinted and shipped at no extra cost.
4. Liability
Aesthe is not responsible for:

Mistakes due to incorrect customer input (such as shipping address errors).

Delays caused by the shipping carrier or third-party production partners.

Wear and tear or damage after delivery.
All products are custom-made and sold "as is."
5. Shipping
Shipping times may vary based on location and supplier availability. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs sold through Aesthe are either original or licensed for commercial use. Reproduction or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
